Marijuana-induced rage, I just don't buy it.

The belief has always been that weed diffuses rather than sparks aggressive behavior.
The stereotype of a so-called pothead is being calm and has the munchies. When did that change?

Not sure it's Marijuana induced rage so much as psychosis.

Psychosis isn't rage, it's loss of connection to reality.

People who have a psychotic break are living in their own world, possibly one where such violence would have been justified.

If she thought he was some monster and she was defending herself from him, she wasn't acting out or rage, but fear.

Not that that changes anything, but it would explain how a drug that usually just mellows people out could lead to stabbing someone 100 times.

And FWIW, it would be a lot more likely from alcohol.

If all drugs should be legal then the entire legal system needs to be reworked but that will never happen so it can’t be done. If all drugs should be legal it must be a 50-state Castile doctrine, protect all property with deadly force stand your ground country.

How about a simple SCOTUS ruling that you cannot prohibit ownership or possession of *anything* short of another human being.

That should do it.
