Gavin "Hollywood" Newsom wants give Medicaid benefits to illegal aliens and his plan to pay for part of it is to TAX legal citizens who can't afford the monthly premium to pay up. Now, how in the hell is someone who can't afford the premium going to come up with the penalty tax? Is everyone in Cali mentally challenged? How could they think that this could work? Yeah, we'll just get the money to fund it from people who don't have any money! Brilliant.
