Can a convicted felon own two vehicles? One says can't

Does he have any cars registered in his name? Maybe he is wanted by LEO. Registering a car puts your name and address on the "computer". Whatever it's called.

So, I did some digging, and DID find the relevant law:

...a convicted felon may own any number of vehicles they wish, provided those vehicles are a Prius, Mini Cooper, Trebant, AMC Pacer, Ford Mach-E, or any truck made by Dodge.

So, seems legit.
