I can’t imagine how you can be punished by the school for doing something outside of the school grounds. Every kid would be punished if heard why they said about teachers or coaches.

The problem is that today everything you say or record is forever to be preserved for your future potential employers to see and read even before you get a chance to get an interview or explain yourself.
I think people should relax a little and also respect the freedom of speech as a sacred thing more important than anything anyone has to say.
Bit the reality is political correctness has superceded common sense.
...and I cam also understand why certain private sector conpanies screen people before recruiting or hiring with so many loons, thugs and liars out there.

I call for a zero tolerance policy on all ethnic / racial slurs. You want equality Id revoke admission to every black student who drops the N bomb or uses the term cracka in social media posts. Either something is offensive or its not. Speech is protected or its not. It reminds me of an old news article. I cant stand hypocrisy.

The 15-year-old girl faces felony charges after sending nude photos of herself.
While I don’t think she should have to register as a sex offender this technically meets the definition of child porn. Do I agree with it being a criminal offense of it was sent to other minors no because it’s not illegal for her to be naked and have sex with another 15 year old. In addition the sex offender registry is to warn the public about threats in their neighborhood m. Does this girl lose a threat by taking nude photos of herself no certainly not.
Now this is a different situation entirely from the same article. Do I think the book should be thrown at this kid no but it’s worse than the girl sending nude photos of herself to whom she wishes and should hold a punishment.
A 17-year-old in Wisconsin was charged in May with child pornography for allegedly posting naked pictures of his ex-girlfriend on the Internet. The girl had sent him the pictures. He told the La Crosse County Sheriff's Department he was just "venting" after she broke up with him.
