He doesn’t need to declare an emergency to do anything you listed. All he has to do is enforce the laws on the books and reduce regulations and restrictions on oil and gas exploration. Anything that President Potato does by pen (except the pardons) can be undone by pen. The law is tougher to overturn.
Agree. I think it is a good step as well to allow families and states to sue for NOT enforcing law. My hope is they allow them to sue down to the creators of these abortions of policy . May even get “Them” to focus the n them and avoid big wd40 crap.
