If you want to fuck them up drop a gallon of waterglass (sodium silicate) in there.
Looks like water, but when exposed to high temperature it turns into actual glass.
I don't think I need to describe what happens in tight tolerance mechanisms like diesel injection pumps if you run glass abrasive through them, or coat parts in glass.

15-20% gasoline. If they run it long, it will tear up the injection pump and if that happens the metal goes right to the injectors. Its not terribly good for the engine itself either. Its not a cheap job even if they catch it in time before damage occurs, which on a fleet vehicle is not likely. Drop the tank, clean out all the lines, filters, etc.
