Edited how? For time? Slowed down to be 8 minutes kneeled on while keeping the ongoing voices intact at regular time when the time was actually much shorter?

Is that what you are saying could have happened? Or are you saying that a knee was never on his neck at all and was superimposed to look like it was?

Given that you say A white cop murdered a black many time convicted felon . It is OK in your mind for less that 15% of the population to disrupt the entire country Burn , loot and Kill cops. . What about all the time in the last when Non whites murdered Non black Police Officers. Or doesn't fit your View of things.

First off, no one here including myself has said anything about agreeing with the destruction of private property. Nobody. You either fail to see the point or do not want to see the point. Just because you acknowledge that he was unjustly killed, that doesn’t mean that you agree with everything else that goes along with it. Not everyone is one dimensional like yourself.

It isn’t black or white as far as where you stand goes. That goes for both the literal meaning regarding race and the positional meaning regarding where you stand on brutality.

Here’s something that will blow your mind. You can be a white person who hates police brutality and also hate black brutality. Just because you hate police brutality, that doesn’t mean you support blacks breaking things or killing others.

And as far as whether the knee was on his neck or shoulder, you are either blind or blind. Both still pictures and video footage show the knee on the neck. Even medical examiners have said that he died from oxygen asphyxiation. But you’ll probably not believe that as well because you have already chosen a side.

Apples and oranges. What you are saying is that you would hurt or possibly kill someone you arrested after they were detained and cuffed due to their previous crimes. Did I get that right? If so, then I’m glad you aren’t a cop.

And what does a babysitting have anything to do with scum killed after being cuffed and not resisting?

Not apples to oranges, and you absolutely got that right. If I were a cop, and someone I had an interaction with had previous violent history, I would absolutely handle them differently than someone that didn't.

So what is is that you are actually saying? No abstracts or dancing in circles saying that you would handle someone with a violent past differently than someone without. Would you have kept a knee to the neck of someone that was already handcuffed and immobile with a criminal past that would eventually kill him? Yes or no.

Because that is what we are talking about here.

This has nothing to do with correct procedure or anything like that.
It is just my opinion that if you are a decades long violent criminal, who has showed no remorse for the many victims you have terrorized, then I dont care what happens to you......period.
Just an opinion man, I really dont care that much.
We all know that police can be bullies and that many take things way too far.
So, try to AVOID the police by NOT having a decades long rap sheet.
If you dont want to be eaten by a shark, dont go in the water.

Well I do not care about this specific Floyd individual either. But what I do care about is government agents using the correct amount of force on everyone. Especially when already restrained. To say that if you do not want to experience it, just do not commit a crime is foolish. It’s short sighted. It sets precedent and if it’s allowed for repeat offenders it will eventually migrate to others especially when ego is involved.

Evey one of us may one day find ourselves on the other side of the knee. Be it a crime mistakingly committed that used to not be a crime or due to an accusation from another. Or due to Officer Safety in any myriad of possible situations.

The point isn’t to not commit crimes. The point is to limit government agents from committing atrocities against the people. Imagine if the Founding Fathers thought like this and said to just not do anything that the crown sees as a slight against them.

Then laughed and made fun of him as he died!!! Oh the horror!

What was that guys name? Oh yes, nobody knows.
The difference is that he was white.
Where are his riots? Where is his huge funeral? Where is his drapped flag? Where is the outrage?
