Carry Insurance questions…

Just recently I have encountered several instances of crazy people, (i.e. road rage, asking for cash in parking lot) . I’m at that age that physical confrontations are not as appealing, so I want to start carrying full time.
One of my main hurdles is being covered with some form of CC “Insurance”, we all know that in New Yorkistan you will be put through the Justice system ringer if you ever have to pull/use your firearm. What options are available for coverage?

Rethinking your logic on carry may be a starting point.

Whether or not you would be in a situation where you need to use your firearm, or if you should carry it, should not have anything to do with age.

Personally I feel everyone should be carrying at all times.

Yes, an absurdity in regard to denying insurance for those who are permitted to carry a firearm. Another defacto denial and encumbrance of your rights here in King Cuomo land!

So far, it is still offered in NY. AFAIK, the state of Washington banned ACLDN along with the insurance backed coverages but it is being challenged legally by ACLDN.

Take a look at these guys - Prepaid Legal Services, New York, NY It seems a bit pricier than the other options, and its technically a retainer, but it's about the only legal option.
