Government officers at the Agriculture and Finance ministries have drafted a proposal to cut down livestock numbers by 30%, something unseen so far in Europe. Two scenarios were proposed. The government could either buy livestock production rights or instead force farmers to sell their land, which would be much more expensive.

I’m simply not sure why anyone would want to do this. I’m not too up on cow illnesses but the big one has certainly been bird flu so why is it that we’re tracking cattle? Part of me is sad I never got to have children, but another part of me is glad that I'm not trying to raise a child in today's ridiculousness.

It also leaves me free to make necessary decisions without worrying about how it will affect my progeny.
