There will always be a black market for whatever is illegal. Guns are a problem ? Then why the push on opioid addiction. Win that one furher. And free needles and clean drug introduction sites. Why not free training and ammo for all gun enthusiasts at more free ranges. If it good for drugs...why not guns ??
