So we can’t win a gun case in NYS but this pervert gets off on a technicality. First he said he thought he was recording his friend in the bathroom?? How the hell do you not know who you friend is? Then I get the whole if you don’t know if they are a minor or not being a felony and it was the way the law was written. I get how it happened it’s just frustrating that this pervert gets off and we get our TRO dropped

I would actually love to know where these assholes are from in MN. I’m wondering if it’s from where the middle eastern congressional representatives live and represent. That would probably explain it.
