The bullet may not be complete, but there were no exit wounds, 100% of the bullet remains in his body . it didnt disappear. all the fragments were in his torso . so yes all the fragments can be weighed. Its called science.

Did that cross your mind?? You seriously thought I was talking about one fragment?? Are you kidding me? Holy fuck , that has to the stupidest comment Ive heard so far .

They said it *can't be* matched. That is a very different thing to "it doesn't match".

It's the difference between "we can't tell you what gun it was" vs "we can tell you it wasn't this one".

"Ballistics can't match the buckshot to the suspects shotgun" does *not* mean that wasn't the gun used. It means ballistics *cannot* tell you what gun was used, because buckshot.

The same thing applies to riflrs *most* of the time. A bullet surviving intact enough for a positive match is actually unusual.

Fucking semantics , I understand what you keep repeating, Im fully aware of that. and I agree with it . Im not going to keep going through this because you cant seem to understand my point .

Your interpretation of cant be matched/ doesn't match , is nonsense . If you cant match buckshot to the shotgun then the buckshot doesnt match. .True or false? its the same fucking thing said differently. either way you cannot rule out or rule in the weapon.


If I ask you how much the bullet, and fragments weigh, You will say I have no Idea, the report wasnt released. Exactly. you dont know. I dont know. I want to make a decision based on what the coroner pulled out . Because you bet your Paycheck the defense is going to want to know and have their experts examine it themselves . In addition to have the lead itself checked against the fired casing brand , because each manufacturer may have different make ups of the lead they use.

These are legitimate questions any defense lawyer is going to look at
