No autopsy report has been released. All your points are just rumors. No I dont just believe anything Im told, I also dont just swallow any conspiracy theories without proof. They say he was "shot in the neck" but the video looked more like he was hit in the upper chest nearer the shoulder.

Evidence??? was a 06 found at (near)the scene? that counts as evidence . the 06 is evidence. the video tapes of a figure on the roof and in the stairwell are evidence. the police say he was killed by Tyler Robinson with the 06, the 06 was his grandfathers rifle . thats evidence too

the police report said he dismantled the rifle on the roof after killing kirk so he could hide it . the police found the rifle assembled in nearby field . which means Tyler put it back together. but didnt bother to wipe his finger prints off the gun . thats all on record .Its all evidence . the evidence of of an 06 round going through 1/2 inch steel plate @150 yards speaks to the power of the round

Why no autopsy? I dont know and neither do you. I do know its not unusual to withhold a report during an active investigation. I never said nor inferred that the gov never lied or covered up. All I said was that that video of everybody jumping over tables at the time of the shooting was not convincing as layed out. You cant see anything being picked up, pocketed or passed around.
