Pretty sure she could have played it in a theater and charged admission, and sharing it on the internet the way it is being shared (as criticism of her character related to her candidacy) would still fall under fair use.Did she post it for everyone to see, or did she post it behind a paywall?
If that minor difference matters so much in copyright law, it should matter in this as well.
Personally, I don't really care if she screws one man, many men, or many men and women. Religious prudism never made much sense to me. As long as she upholds her oath and her promises why should anyone care?
