The Lahti was a 1-piece gun (about 6 feet long IIRC), from what was recounted in "Unintended Consequences", the hero, Henry, preferred the Swiss/German Solothurn because it could be broken down.
Here are some ads from"back in the day" - I remember them well - ammo available too - $1/round for 20 mm!!
