Well to me the solution to this is simple, the police or meter maid does their job and tickets those breaking the law. There are signs up saying not to block or do this and they are ignored. I’m not sure why this business is being held liable and responsible for what city residents do on public property. Yes they should be held responsible for what they do on their property, but not outside of it.
