Chick-FIL-A blamed for motorists not following the law and maybe deemed a public nuisance in CA

Well to me the solution to this is simple, the police or meter maid does their job and tickets those breaking the law. There are signs up saying not to block or do this and they are ignored. I’m not sure why this business is being held liable and responsible for what city residents do on public property. Yes they should be held responsible for what they do on their property, but not outside of it.

also, Chik-fil-A is a Christian based business, therefore anti-LGBTQMICKEYMOUSE and another reason for Mexifornia to shut them down

or, maybe put in a turn lane.....naaaa, that would make sense

We have one here that has a similar issue. Them and Biscuitville. No one complains. Cars are in the right lane with turn signals on. Want to go straight? Get in the left lane. Coming the other direction and want to cross traffic to turn in? They get in the center lane with the turn signal on and take turns. It's not that hard people.

Ticket the people breaking the law, this solution is simple. Second there should also be some type of requirement in place that if you are going to offer drive thru you need to have X amount of drive through space for queued cars as well.

the City approved the plans to build there .. so the city can just bulldoze the strip mall behind the Chick Fil A to make more room ..

BEFORE that Franchise could be built, the Zoning Board had to approve it and any required (DoT EPA. etc.) studies...so I'd remind them of that just before offering up a good "go fuck yourself" to them.
