I’ve seen this used a few times on BLM animals and Occupy protestors. They work amazingly.

I wouldn't be opposed to an electronic version, my truck is 24v. Should be able to make that work for short bursts#metoo!
And I'm all serious! If I could figure out how to build one that works I'd be doing it. I doubt I could build a handheld but truck mounting is ok by me.
