Yes it is. If federal Politicians can do this and they do all the time, why not everyone else. I agree that insider trading is wrong but its not right that one class of citizen get special treatment over another. Either its good for all or not.

If one person is allowed to do something you cant hold anyone to a separate standard. One you start locking up federal elected officials then I will say he belongs in jail.
