They don’t need to pass anything they will simply dwindle us down with red flag laws and moral character rulings. Now with the police agency being able to file a red flag law I fully expect them to increase to major unprecedented levels in NYS. I don’t see what the problem was with the way things were before other than the FBI failures, court failures, and reporting failures. If these failures were corrected then many of the public mass shootings would not have happened but I’m sure you know that.
I am afraid you are right about the red flag law shit. They keep increasing the requirements for what deems someone dangerous and if they should have their guns taken away.
It’s bad. My dad and brother were cops and before red flag laws they were talking the one day about how for any domestic disturbance calls they were talking guns from people. They thought it was great until I said how is that constitutional and legal? They never even thought about it. I’m talk if you raise your voice to your wife or kids and the neighbor calls 911, no crime, no arrests, no order of protection nothing your guns are gone.
