They *should* issue a bench warrant for contempt for the arrest of any official violating the order.

It should also smoke any immunity the government and it's agents claim when the people who are censored sue for the violations of their rights.


If Facebook censors you *at the request of the government*, then it is acting as an agent of the government and is liable for violations of the 1A.


The government doesn't get to just hire private companies to do it's bidding as an end run around the bill of rights. That is one of the hallmarks of actual facism.

This is total bullshit. If they want to make things right, they should charge and prosecute the administration for all the 1A rights violations they committed for the past 3 yrs. Like they are scolding a child, "thats bad, dont do it again".

They all know what to do already. Just a statement made in a speech gives the social media companies the direction expected and they proceed on their own. The cows are out of the barn and you're not getting them back in.

This. The government strongarms all the time when they use money from unintended purposes. It's always the same idea -- they don't have to fund your program but if you obeyed some rule they would.

They use money as a weapon. We have to stop taking the money and see it for the control mechanism it is, and realize every time we depend on their money we are their slaves. Ideally, we shouldn't be giving them the money to bribe us with at all, and should start questioning why they are moving this shit around for funding random programs.
