City of Buffalo files suit in State Supreme Court

The entire industry of gun manufacturers needs to form an association. I'm assuming that none exists in the USA. The association can file countersuits against any local, state, or federal ruling that goes against gun manufacturing which should be a protected activity under the 2nd Amendment.

When can I sue the government for false advertising? They all claim to take the oath and uphold the constitution and promise to do all this stuff to make my life better. They disobey the constitution, take more and more of my money and my life hasn’t become any better by what the government has done in a long, long, time of ever. They gave me $3,000 as a down payment on my first house 18 years ago, but that was recouped the first years in taxes so??

Same in Rottenchester as Buffalo. Small pockets of people from similar neighborhoods are committing these crimes. easy to find them if the elected and the Police look.

As for politics, I do not think it is what matters. I really don't. If Buffalo had a Republican Mayor, unless that new mayor kicked people out of the city, this issue would still be there. Sure, it may be worse under the Democrats, but, it is the people that are causing these issues.
