Clarence dumbass arrested for DWI and weapon possession

On October 6, 2019 at approximately 12 am Troopers observed a vehicle speeding on Goodrich Rd, Clarence. The vehicle was stopped and the driver Fredrick Seifert, 55 of Clarence, failed field sobriety tests. He was arrested for DWI and during an inventory of his vehicle a rifle and several 30 round magazines were located.
