There's a place in the US where its been over 80 degrees since March

The Weather Service reports the last time the daily high was below 80 degrees was on March 27 when the high only reached 78 degrees -- which, let's be honest, is still pretty warm.

I guess the Arctic blast just didn’t fit the narrative so they had to point this out.

Before this year, the NWS says, the previous longest streak was 225 consecutive days in 1965.

So the new 233 record breaks the old record by 8 days going back 54 years ago. So mathematically the stretch increased by ONE PERCENT over the course of 54 years. Well if there's a bigger indication of climate change I've never seen it.

Maybe AOC the bartender is right. 12 years till we're finished. Time to start selling off all my retirement plans and living like a rock star.

I need to know, so when I'm living as a rock star I can coordinate my winter jacket or summer flip-flops with the rest of my wardrobe.
