I hear about this double standard all of the time. What double standard? Is there another case locally, one that is the same as this case that the CCW guy was charged? I looked, I could not find one.

Remember this one? This guy didn't even have the guns on his person. I agree that neither should be charged of anything, but fair is fair, no?

Second ammendment group may sue Buffalo School Board

Who is 2-A WNY? Sounds like there are more concerned with the personal wellbeing of Wingo more than anything else. If anything they should be suing the DA for unequal enforcement of the law.

Edit: I guess this is Jim Ostrowski’s group. Still seems like they are going after the wrong entity.
