Nothing new here. In Nassau County they don't even require a Court Order to take you guns. Just a domestic incident. That is any argument in the household where police arrive, no matter who called them. Our three cases in federal court are going forward with Motions for Summary Judgment filed.

If you are crazy, you can't have a gun. If you live in NY and have a gun, you must be crazy, so you can't have a gun. Simple.
