I know quite a few New Yorkers are stupid(they keep voting blue) but how stupid can they be to believe all this shit. Yet another bill that says it'll ban something that's already a crime. More feel good bullshit that does nothing
This asshole must think himself a fucking rocket scientist: These are HIS bullet points, all of which are already Law and part of being a Licensed Dealer.
- FFLs must be licensed to engage in the business of selling firearms, and their licenses must be renewed at least every three years;
- FFLs must submit to inspections;
- If an FFL is found to be in noncompliance, the state must have the ability to suspend or revoke the license and impose civil penalties or criminal charges on the dealer.

I will continue to say the same thing over and over and over....
First, "They" do not want to stop or even slow down the violence caused with the usage of firearms. They never have. This sort of violence has fueled billions upon billions of dollars into the pockets of whom ever is for sale.
If "They" wanted to slow down this violence, it would be easy to do.
They need to begin by looking at FBI and other crime statistics.
In these crime stats, they could see that there is in fact a pattern as well as a suspect.
Most of all gun crime occurs in the bigger cities. That is not due to higher population counts. It is because of the community of people within a community of people.
These statistics do not lie and yes, they tell a very good story. A story that is correct, if people are willing to discuss the truth. The truth is out there, but so many are either afraid to speak this truth or they refuse to speak the truth out of greed. Greed and fear are a couple of great motivators to turn a blind eye.
This high level of gun violence, violence in general is not happening in smaller towns, it is not happening in the suburbs or the rural areas of America. There is a threat and a cancer upon the good people of America. This will continue to grow due to the cowardliness of the elected class in the US of A.

Many know this to be true, and in pre-emptive action to thwart its exposure "inclusive/woke/diversity" was invented to further foster the lies and cover ups.
Every time there is a "mass shooting" (see the definition) especially one involving children (which includes to age 19) the politicians stand on their bodies blaming the Right/NRA telling us how we have to get rid of specific classes of guns, how their plan is common sense, and how wrong everyone else is with their suggestions.

Granted not every educator wants a gun and many shouldn't have access to sharp objects, but only takes a small number willing to take action to change the outcomes... No, if they solved the problem(s) then the necessity of their existence and re-elections would curtail.
Back to GOPerfect: If one observes where serious/violent crimes occur, view video footage of rioting/looting/burning, look at the bodies of those shot in the streets, Clubs, and Cars, review the Stats on incarceration and arrests, and before long you too should come up with some obvious facts that cannot be discussed or mentioned lest yea become a branded man.
