Were there other drivers on the bridge at the same time he was driving intoxicated? Then he endangered them.

Still doesn’t work that way. If it did it would be charged in every case of DWI as there are other people on every road - every time. I’m just wondering if the charge has something to do with having a gun and being intoxicated.
