Anyone know if there is a place or site that will show how many of these 22 States apply the law to non residents?

Pretty sure to be called constitutional carry it has to apply to every one in the state who doesn't have a specific legal prohibition on possession (i.e. felon, criminal alien, etc...)

That certainly would be nice. However, back when there were fewer States moving toward Constitutional carry seems I read that it was for residents of that State only. Hope I am wrong.

The more states that pass constitutional carry, the harder it is for NY, NJ, CA, HI and the other "may issue" states to justify their over regulation of our 2A rights.

I'm not familiar with all the states.
But I do know that I was carrying legally here in AZ the day we got here.

LOL, Gotta love AZ when it comes to firearms. I was carrying legally in AZ over 10 years ago. Gun laws have always been crazy.
I spent a lot of time in AZ, but was physically parked just across the Colorado River in CA. So if I was really concerned about remaining legal, ( not terribly often ) I was supposed to unholster my pistol on the AZ side of the Colorado River, unload it and lock it in a safe or other secure location not readily accessible. But 10 minutes later when I arrived at my domicile ( Parked motorhome ) in CA I could reload and have the pistol at ready. However, if the wheels were turning on the MH it then became a motor vehicle ( no longer my Domicile ) and the pistol had to go back into the locked mini safe until I crossed the river into AZ. Things have probably changed since then. Silly gun laws change so often makes me dizzy trying to stay abreast of it all.
If only this were true. Unfortunately, I will almost certainly never be.
Instead, they will continue to blame mass exodus on "the weather ".

so we just up the ante.
counter sue the politicians for a significant amount of money, both as an agent of the government and as a civilian.
I figure about $50bil would be enough to get noticed.
And file a criminal complaint of "theft under color of law" or some such and make them defend against criminal charges.
Like them, throw as much as possible at the wall and see what sticks. Throw the politician at a wall hard enough, maybe even THEY will stick.
