I don't know, watching the video she looks like more of a scared animal, running her over seems kind of fucked up. But I was not there, getting shot at changes ones perspective. NOW police said shots fired ... that doesn't mean she was the one doing the shooting, it's a great phrase the police use to send everyone into a tizzy and justify there actions. If she was the know shooter of an execution i can see why they where very much concerned.

I will not pass judgement. But let's remember the burden of proof is on government. Hell who knows you may find out the people she targeted had raped her in high school you just never know.

Airborne, I have, and admit all roads seem to lead to crazy ... but no one has shown me video of her shooting at police yet ... "Shots fired" means just that shots fired, I have an issue with the term as it never seems to specify who is doing the shooting.

"Taking Fire" game on! Notice Militray use the term under fire, takeing fire etc.

shots fired doesn't mean shit, its a legally safe way of saying a gun went off over the airways without admitting who started it. I've followed more then a few cases where shots fired is the swan song but the only ones doing the shooting where the police.

So i stand by my initial post .. and personally find that video disturbing to watch. I'll take it one step further is that a revolver? If she did empty that gun you have to be one f'd up individual to run down a human being. If its your only option i get it, doesn't mean it isn't twisted.

Several questions:

Would the guys from the katey sagal thread "hit" this chick too?

Is that a dodge ram? Can a get one? Do i need a permit for it? Does it seat 7 or will it hold 10. How long before i can get my (cant drive after 9pm) restictions lifted?

Is the stock stearing wheel considered a thumb hole? Is the stock muffler device legal? What if i take off the muffler and clamp a straight pipe in? Is a clamp good or do i have to weld it in? The nysp will not tell me. I called their DMV dept but they said call the po-po. Is a welded straight pipe considered permanent? I read that you needed a cutoff wheel or it is not legal.

Are the current door locks good, or are they illegal cause the doors can be opened with the key in it? I dont wanna be the test case in court.....proving that the door locks are infact legal cause they wont open without the key being it it.

If i paint it black will i be charged with open driving during the day since people will see it? If it is black can i only drive at night as it will be concealed? Would it have been okay to get out of the cruiser and shoot her? Use of deadly force is the same regardless of the tool used. She was a serious menace, she was dealt with in an appropriate manner. She was a suspect in multiple robberies, shootings and physical altercations.

She was not a good person. She would have continued her criminal rampage if not stopped.

You will proceed to the scene with the expectation you may be getting shot at. And if you show up to that scene get a little overwhelmed you may shoot somone, what happens next, ohh wasn't my fault i heard the call shots fired I reasonably believed that the cell phone was a gun.
