County drops Second Amendment argument in body armor lawsuit

The county removed the defense that the Second Amendment doesn't apply to private citizens from its legal filings a day after WXXI News reported on the issue.

The county’s defense now relies largely on arguments that the coalition failed to state a claim and that the body armor ban has never been enforced in Monroe County.

The entire case needs to be thrown out because it's clearly unconstitutional.

This needs to make its way to a higher Court because citizens absolutely should be able to purchase and use body armor for any reason they want legally.
