If the truth ever comes out I believe this will be much bigger than watergate. However, there is no guarantee the entire truth will be told. There are still plenty of people within the CIA/FBI/DOJ that are doing everything they can to thwart the investigations. I think there is some real time, high stakes drama going on behind the scenes to ensure certain information never comes to light. I'd like to give Barr and Horowitz the benefit of the doubt but every week that goes by without any real news makes me think we'll never know what really happened.
