I don't mean to turn this into a conspiracy theory thread but I (and many others) have great doubts that this event happened in the way that the media/government says that it did. Initial reports stated that the killer used a pistol (probably a Glock) and a shotgun and that the AR-15 was in the trunk of the car.

I remember that. Then suddenly, the story changed and somehow we are wrong for remembering what they said in the first place.

I also remember a third shooter being reported in the San Bernardino terror attack. Then for some reason, all mention of a third attacker stopped.

I’ve never been much for conspiracy theories, but sometimes it makes you wonder. The media gets so much, so wrong, so often, that it's difficult to trust anything they say at all.

Why shouldn't Remington and the dealer counter sue for legal fees?

I'm not a big Remington fan but I sure hope your right! And I hope Remington gets millions for there legal fees.

I was thinking the same exact thing. Bring out the autopsy reports now. Lets see what type of rounds were used. The guy fired 4or 5 mags ,155 shots I recall, according to the reports, lets see the pics of the brass.
