I seem to remember that process service has several other options, in addition to personal service which appears to be the one being denied. Someone better versed in these things could chime in... if it were as easy as just not accepting delivery every dirtbag to ever pass through local courts would be doing it.

I hope the parents who have filed these lawsuits convince the Judge to issue a bench warrant for the Tyrant's arrest for failing to appear.
