I knew this would happen, although I thought it would be Biden trying to pull this move. Cuomo beat tired old Joe to it. The news just said that this gives Cuomo the same emergency powers he had during the pandemic. I expect him to rule with his pen and create all kinds of new laws and regulations. There will be no vote or deliberation as it all falls under the guise of an urgent public health emergency. There is simply no time for there to be a constitutional process. Andy knows whats best for us and he is going to save us. Get ready for it. The SAFE act was just a warm up.
