So let me make sure I understand this. Social distancing was established early on as a suspected best means of limiting transmission of the virus, hence the lockdown. It's common knowledge for decades that if the grandkids have the flu, the last place you wan to take them is to Grandma and Grandad's house. Instead of separating seniors, who are normally less apt to deal with even known virus', he decided to lump them in together so they could spread it as fast as humanly possible in the most susceptible portion of the population?

When you're a career politician like his highness, votes keep you in a position of power.....and also help to propel you to positions of greater power. When you have a portion of the population (a.k.a. SENIORS) who are wise enough to see through your bullshit, why not make room for all the indoctrinated young voters who will most likely vote for you and your shitbag party for decades, in the hospitals where they can hopefully recover to extended your political shelf life?

Ok but for obvious reasons I won’t name names or facilities. 14 arrests in the month of April (That’s a lot for a system in the Hudson valley) some of my colleagues did more. Further south they had it worse.

One in particular that’s stands out is a pt who was in the facility just for rehab after an injury. This individual was just beyond retirement age. Lived at home with their spouse, still driving and going on trips enjoying retirement.
then bam the “skilled Nursing Facility” gave the pt a known COVID roommate discharged from the hospital and a week later.. bam were there having to intubate them.
The staff when I questioned them said “ we cracked the window” After all Cuomo gave them legal cover. The pt died at the hospital a few days later so guess what, not a Nursing Home death. I have several more from April and May similar situation. Now times that by all the EMS providers in southern NY.. not a pretty picture.

A lot of the SNH facilities did the best they could with the cards they were dealt but some didn’t really try, executive legal cover and all
