Does OSHA oversee fire departments and emts? If so they should step in and put an end to this bullshit for safety reasons. You would think that the fire departments responding would do the right thing and tell him to drag his ass but for some reason they're not. In addition to stalling a rescue the piece of shit is blocking the road on the other side preventing people from going by.

Most people with common sense know they shouldn't remove people from a damaged vehicle but this asshole just wants publicity
No ppe. Vehicle does not appear to be stabilized. Unless there is an immediate danger to the patient such as fire, vehicle should be stabilized before personnel crawl all over the vehicle. Struts and tie backs. Any leaking fluids? Vehicle possibly still running and in gear (happens more than you think at mva’s)? Appears to be a fairly minor accident but has the patient been assessed for possible spinal injury before moving?
