I am a construction supervisor for a bridge rehabilitation contractor........ and I'll tell you this........ I have first hand knowledge, and I shit you not.............of the amount of money that this dick bag cock holster paid contractors to install these signs. They worked nights and, Sundays to put them in . And for what? My anger towards this cum depository is overwhelming.

"Which fucking parks? What parks, where?! How do we get there? In what locality?! What can we fucking do there?!?!"
You can't just spend all that money on a sign that says "NY parks" or "NY Food" with absolutely no fucking additional information! It's been pretty well documented in the media. Emergency contracts, a shit-ton of overtime, out-of-state printers, and more. Initial cost of the signs (with labor) was about $15k apiece, when it should ordinarily be about 25% of that.
