No " due process " from the legislative branch.. how many judicial courts will blindly ignore the Constitution ??

I dont know all the details but if I read it correctly it does take a judge to sign the complaint. May not be true due process, but its more than a BS report from a teacher to get it done.

I would love to see the NRA step up and make it clear that will have their lawyers sue that crap out of anyone and everyone involved who makes a an unfounded complaint.

As opposed to? Being shot to death? One could make the same argument for the police, carrying guns may lead to a shootout therefore strip the police of guns .

Just heard on the radio that twelve more bills have passed the assembly and senate. The guy listed them and by # four my anger was such that I cannot remember them. WYSL 1040 AM, a real friendly station that airs a lot of constitutionally correct information, FM 95.5 Spencerport, and FM 92.1 Brighton are affiliated.
Based on past performance FUAC will probably sign them, I tried to find the list on the net and struck out, maybe someone with better computer skills will be more successful. This is bad fellows, really, really bad. I remember thinking this does absolutely nothing but harass honest citizens, lots of petty bullshit. The second amendment will be virtually gone in this state.
