Such as rescinding paragraph 2 of S400.03 of the NYS penal code which is UNSAFE on ammo which stated all ammo transaction would be recorded in a book. The purpose was to be an interim background check until they made an electronic system. Seems only legal that the legislature would only be able to make this modification to eliminate the law as stated. All NYS gun owners (all the fudds and dudds) would of noticed in 2014 when buying ammo and voted FUAC out. FUAC did not want this to happen and we let him do it. SCOPE and NYSRPA and NRA let it pass also.

I witnessed it for the first time today. This is on the Major Deegan northbound right under 138th street. I have been working in NYC for 26 years and other than after 9/11, I have never seen a NY state trooper in the city. I guess the police state has begun in NY.
