The 1/5/21 rally is being broadcast here:


One of the speakers gave a shout out to the Proud Boys. She said that there are former military, members of The Oath Keepers, the Three Percenters, and the Proud Boys in the crowds to "keep you safe." So, there may be individuals with some training in the crowd who can handle lone anarchists.

Another speaker said that he was with a group of former military intelligence veterans who work with their contacts to provide pro bono intelligence to conservative groups and religious groups with regards to any threats that could affect their rallies.

I don't know man, all I see is a bunch of angry white supremacists <sarcasm>

Seriously though, one of the greatest travesties of this past election cycle has been the denigration of the Proud Boys as some sort of racist, right-wing hate group. Maybe they're nominally right wing but they're in no way racist and the only people they hate are Antifa.

Excessive, per usual. While what he did was wrong on the grounds he stole the flag, how is it "OK" to ban this guy, yet not BLM activists burning down buildings? Bullshit hypocrisy.

DC is a place where political affiliation IS a protected class, so economic sanctions against those involved in prosecuting him won't fly.

However, there is no such provision outside of those jurisdictions afaik.

I say make the lives of these people as hard they want to make our lives. Use private industry and private property to achieve it. (Although even in NY there are some limits on what economic sanctions you can impose, such as employment situations.)

Just listening to Trump IMO he's positioning himself for scorched earth against the Republicans if he isn't re-elected.

He is positioning himself to be the leader of a new 3rd party.

Just me trying to read between the lines of his message. I can really see the republican party dying and a new trump populist pro america party taking it's place.
