50k don't have to be in on it. Only a few government officials, specific paid off individuals like coroner's with gag orders, and actors who bought houses in the area for a dollar. All the funerals were closed caskets. No victims in hospitals.

At the time they were hunkered down in the classroom Cruz wasn't taken into custody yet, so how did he know this?
