So just heard from my contact out there at the rally and he said he'd estimate about 6,000-7,000 people

I don’t have a head count but I really think that there were more bodies at any one of the three Albany rallies I went to. Sorta disappointed. One good speaker Eric Pratt. What I observed was a lot of early stage denial. Butterfly and I might have been the only NYer’s there. Well we went.

Next was Lincoln Memorial were a group of Honor Flight veterans were having a ceremony.
Next the WW II Memorial

Yeahhhh, I will not be attending. 10,000-25,000 isn't even close enough to the number of people needed. None of this will be worth anything unless these protesters come armed to the teeth. They need to completely buck the system.

They won't. They will walk around with stupid signs, and have speakers that will say the same thing over and over.

It's not that they don't ardently believe in the cause, preserving the constitution, but they instinctively would believe the the cops are our constitutional allies and not fire on them, with good reason, I understand completely, at one time, virtually all of them were.

What a pure waste of time and energy. As if the politicians will say,” Oh look! We better change our tune!”

Guerilla war (which most aren’t willing to do and I’ll admit that I’m in that camp as well) where the politicians and those who protect them are afraid to leave their homes, is the only way to get back our rights. Not standing there in cold like naive dumbasses.

all the videos i see of our elected like on c-span and you tube .. its a empty room basically .. if it has more then 25 .. 1/2 are sleeping or playing on there phone ..

I cant remember the numbers but someone showed the attendance of both the house and Senate and most seem to actually have less than a 50% attendance record

I found no national media coverage. The smallest gun control event gets wide coverage. Newsweek had a story on the rally. The rest were local stations and gun rights orgs.

The local county Republican dinner was Oct 30. None of the speakers mentioned gun rights.

The reason they won't fire on them is because they have too much to lose. Not because "they instinctively would believe the the cops are our constitutional allies". If that were true these rallies wouldn't take place in the first place.
