DEC seeks input often - only trouble is, they won't listen. There are fishers all over DMP area 6P - yet they won't open the area for fisher trapping. Go figure!

And there’s a reason the fishers went bye bye. People don’t want them and they cause issues. Even by me the fisher trapping season is like 5 days or something. It’s ridiculous. Grouse and turkey are in my area and these fishers will decimate their population so why reintroduce them if they cause problems with beneficial species that cause no harm?
