Looking for a deer processor in the ulster county area/ hudson valley. I would like to have my harvested venison meat sausaged / steak/ chop etc.. and what is a reasonable price for such process.?
Better off buying sausage in the store,its the same price if not cheaper.The rest cut up your self,wouldn't trust anyone to cut my deer up for eating purposes.Only thing I would trust someone with any part of my deer is the horns at the taxidermist,and thats even stretching it with hacks out there now.
Go talk with any local non chain store butcher and if they don’t do it they should be able to tell you who does. By me prices range fro $40-$70 for processing then extra for making sausage.
