So what if your NOT armed. then what? I know I will floor it once the glass is broken. I see it if I don't I die. Hopefully I could avoid such a mob. . A mob at the house is another story. I see a guy with a molotov cocktail I would think you can shoot him before he throws it. If I remember correctly back when I got my pistol permit 35 years ago I think they said you could shoot a person committing arson if you believe there are people inside of what ever he is setting on fire. Not sure if that is true any more. BUT here in NY no matter hiow legal what you did you will get charged is clear.
