He mentioned Jelly Brice. A former Connecticut state police officer & firearms trainer named Mike Conti authored three books on the Life and times of Jelly Brice. One of Hoovers Top FBI recruits and field officers.
I purchased and read the entire trilogy. They are very well written and some of the later law enforcement revolver techniques were actually developed by Mr.Jelly Brice himself. He was an exceptionally good shot with all types of firearms. The books can be found on Amazon if anyone is interested.
