So...unless this criminal was a practiced expert in one-handed and off-hand point shooting, why the heck would he pull a second pistol? By doing so, he immediately deprived himself of any ability to stabilize his primary firearm and would have seriously thrown off his aim with both pistols if he started shooting quickly.

Has anybody actually trained using dual pistols?

So, was perp #2 unarmed or just decided to devote his full attention to retreating? Did perp #2 get off a parting shot that is not evident in the video? Maybe he left his in his pocket to keep his hands free for loot while #1 covers? It would be really selfish if perp #1 had two guns and didn't loan one to his partner.

From what I can see the perp couldn't do anything after the first shot.
