Some states will have the opportunity to put real pressure on their DemocRat Senators.
We in New York are not one of them..

There are 3,141 counties in the United States.

Trump won 3,084 of them.
Clinton won 57.

There are 62 counties in New York State.

Trump won 46 of them.
Clinton won 16.

Clinton won the popular vote by approx. 1.5 million votes.

In the 5 counties that encompass NYC, (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Richmond & Queens) Clinton received well over 2 million more votes than Trump. (Clinton only won 1 of these counties; Trump won Richmond)

Therefore these 5 counties alone, more than accounted for Clinton winning the popular vote of the entire country.

Donnelly (Indiana)
McCaskill (Missouri)
Tester (Montana)
HeitKamp (N Dakota)
Brown (Ohio)
Manchin (W Virginia)

They are vulnerable based on the 2016 election, and I didn't even include traditionally blue states that went red this time (like Casey in PA). The time for this legislation is NOW with pressure on these clowns as to what will happen to them in their gun toting states come 2018 if they continue to try to take their constituents constitutional rights.

The most important thing is the SCOTUS.
Trump needs to replace as many judges as he can, then they need to fix the damage caused by the liberal activist judges nationwide.
Then things like TRTBA and national carry laws will fall into place.
We MUST stack the courts, Scotus, state and federal, then let the liberals know that this country will be run the way it was meant to run, or a reset will be necessary.

The issue of national reciprocity is my number one concern on the federal level regarding the Second Amendment. Of course we know there are many things that should be passed and addressed, but this is huge. I believe that it will do away with the May issue nonsense, and it will pave the way for a supreme court challenge to do away with restrictions.


How can ny issue a restricted permit to resident when a non resident can have full carry. This should also allow anyone with a permit to carry in New York City as well. Or at the very least it will allow a core challenge to force New York City to recognize oil permits. This is huge for me since I work in the city, typically and not so nice neighborhoods, and not to mention the threat of terrorism.

I don't want anything rammed... The implication is then that something was given, not deserving. I want a recognition that all Rights carry equal weight! That all be subject to Strict Scrutiny and cut all the bullshit in between. There is a privilege granted to citizens across state lines which is not afforded to Rights within the same context. I can drive from here to California, I should be able to drive from here to California beating arms, unmolested, unencumbered without harassment or threat of arrest of I am legal in my State of Residence! Enough already! The ridiculous mountains that law abiding citizens must go through to exercise their Rights regarding the 2A is and should no longer be deemed acceptable. Do you think NYC and NY State Officials and Port Authority won't arrest out of state concealed carriers anyway? Jeff Sessions would enforce such a provision. Wouldn't it be great to see some of our "leaders" go to Federal Prison for violating the rights of citizens?

Why do I think we need this? Because I have dealt with NY officials regarding violation of the rights of gun owners, and as long as it is just tax payer money involved, they couldn't care less. As long as the idiots in this state keep electing them, they will continue to waist money in pursuit of their own personal agendas.

They wouldn't have to force them. You just sue them if ever arrested. That happened with LEOSA in California.
