Another desperate ploy to re-take the House at the .fed level.

The new lines have already diluted the voice of conservatives in most of Orleans county by lumping us in with Rochester/Monroe County. Good ol' Joe moral-less walks in lock-step with heil hochul and the other anti-American, tyrannical, oppressive Democrats in NYS.

Their goal is to be able to push their socialist crap nationwide. Very soon, no State will be safe.

These asswipes, from the deepest lagoon of manure in NYC, are trying to get the Special Masters Congressional map, thrown out.............. when it was the legislatures failure and their own hired gun's rotten map was rejected by the courts, and was thrown out by the courts............ and a special master hired....he drew the current map, that got rid of anti gunner Carolyn McCarthy.

This effort will lose, at the States Appelate Division.

This laughable ruling in the OP is based on Jefferies playing the race card and the ruling says the NY Legislature is the transparent solution cause there are never late night back office deals in Albany. I say Bullshit. This ruling also missed the fact that this was already ruled as unconstitutional and Jefferies missed the deadlines.

or, move. I mean seriously, with all the problems this state has, the democRATS are just going to gleefully make thing substantially worse for conservatives. Lets face it, this state is lost. It will NEVER, ever be conservatives.

And all those that say "stay and fight", hows that working out for you. its been 10 years since the UN-safe act, and its still here. The state is doomed, period

The map is set, now, and I cannot see it all being overturned.

Actually the only reason all three Houses of the United States of America (not just NY) are not under Democrat control after the 2022 election, was because a Court overturned the NY Democrats previous attempt of gerrymandering ... which led to 11 Congressional wins in NY for someone other than a Democrat.
